This is a temporary opportunity to contribute to ensuring the safety and well-being of the employees during the duration of the project.Location: Abu Dhabi and FujairahDuration: 3 MonthsResponsibilities:Implement, and maintain comprehensive HSE policies, procedures, and programs.Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels of the organization, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and regulations.Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and develop strategies to prevent reoccurrence.Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts, coordinating with internal teams and external resources to mitigate risks and ensure the safety of personnel and property.Champion a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization, fostering awareness and accountability among employees.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.Certification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) mandatory.Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Safety Officer.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Experience developing and implementing HSE policies, procedures, and training programs.Interested candidates are invited to submit their resume outlining their qualifications and relevant experience in the "apply" section and email to info@najmaconsultancy.com with your CV.
