Create and put into action strategies for the reorganisation of the corporation that is in line with the strategic goals of the firm and the needs of the global business environment. Providing senior management and the board of directors with strategic advice and direction on topics about corporate governance and restructuring is an important responsibility.In charge of supervising and coordinating operations related to company restructuring, such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and other strategic transactions. Make sure that you conform with the legal standards and regulatory regulations that are in place in Jersey, Cayman, and any other applicable countries. Bachelor's degree in law; advanced legal qualifications or certifications are advantageous.Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate restructuring, with a strong background in Jersey or Cayman restructuring. Proven experience as a board secretary or in a similar governance role. Demonstrated success in leading and managing international teams and projects.Skill and Competencies: Superior understanding of governance, compliance, and corporate restructuring procedures. Strong familiarity with the legal and regulatory systems of Cayman, Jersey, and other important countries. Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
