We're seeking a dynamic and seasoned Lead of Sales and Marketing to spearhead our sales strategies, marketing initiatives, and cultivate vital relationships with universities and dental schools.Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.Provide mentorship and direction to a team of sales associates and marketing professionals.Establish and nurture relationships with key contacts within universities and businesses.Conduct compelling presentations and phone outreach to potential clients.Collaborate closely with our engineering team to facilitate seamless communication and product development.Effectively manage multiple products concurrently.Stay abreast of market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.Requirements:Proven track record in both B2B and B2C sales and marketing (minimum of 5 years).Outstanding presentation and phone communication skills.Demonstrated ability to lead and delegate tasks efficiently.Strong team player with excellent cross-functional collaboration abilities.Expertise in managing multiple products and adept at prioritizing tasks.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in CRM software and marketing automation tools such as Hubspot.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.If you possess these qualifications and are passionate about propelling sales and marketing efforts for a rapidly growing company, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.Salary:The compensation package will be commensurate with the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.Anticipated Start Date:ASAPJoin us at Tactile Robotics and be part of a team shaping the future of digital health!
