Al Muqarram Industry is seeking a Shop Floor Supervisor professional to join our team. The Shop Floor Supervisor will be working at Umm Al Quwain Factory and will be reporting to the Plant Manager.General Responsibilities:Assist all production as per the given daily plan.Shop floor experience to handle the blue-collar staff.Manage daily workers allocation as per the work plan.Assist with workers' health & safety issues to the corporate office.Ensure daily RM/PM sufficient quantity availability for smooth production.Support the production process to achieve daily production target plan.Full responsibility for executing daily/weekly/monthly production targets as per the plan provided by the Factory Manager.ProfileQualifications:Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing company.Language Skills: Proficiency in Hindi speaking is an added advantage.We OfferOrganization: Al Muqarram Industry | We offer a competitive salary package and opportunities for career growth within our organization.CompanyAL MUQARRAM INDUSTRY, established in 1999 in Sharjah (U.A.E.), manufactures sealants, tapes & aerosols for the construction and automotive industry.Being at the forefront of innovation in various verticals has helped us solidify our brands across 36 countries in the MEA region.
