About the roleThe Junior Product Owner at Goldenergy is a hands-on, technology-driven innovator dedicated to elevating customer experiences through implementing, testing, and validating advanced technical solutions.This role involves leveraging LiveChat, WhatsApp Business, chatbot automation, programming, Microsoft Power Apps, and implementing AI models to enhance customer service processes in our B2C points of delivery for power and gas.What will be your responsibilities?Managing projects using agile methodologies from inception to completion, ensuring that solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.Continuously monitor and analyze various facets of the call center, as well as relevant departments and operations, along with customer feedback, to identify and pinpoint areas for improvement.Identify appropriate technologies to meet operational and customer needs, focusing on improving customer experience and operational efficiency through WhatsApp Business, company CRM, and Talkdesk.What you'll bring?Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or related field.At least 1 year of hands-on experience in technical roles, including API design, integration, and implementation of complex technical solutions.Demonstrated understanding of SQL queries and database management, enabling navigation of complex technical environments and optimizing customer service technologies.Nice to have (Bonus points)Experience in employing AI models, such as OpenAI models, for improving customer interactions, predictive analytics, and operational efficiency.Understanding of Microsoft Power Apps for creating custom business applications and automation.If you see yourself as a dynamic person and an enthusiastic team player, this position is for you!In our day-to-day work, we have the opportunity to work with teams from other countries, so knowledge of English will be a bonus point for this position.What awaits you on this journey?Health and Life insuranceBirthday day offTeam Building events outside of the boxSnacks in the office every Friday24-hour psychological support lineDiscounted gym membershipsYou'll be working in a Great Place to Work and Best Workplace!Many other benefits to enjoy good times and take care of yourself!Location: Vila Real & Porto Work type: 100% in the officeWe're waiting for you for the best journey of your life!By applying for this position, you consent to our data protection and processing policy for this purpose, which can be found at the following link: https://goldenergy.pt/info/recrutamento
