Head of Operations - Installation and Construction

Job Description

Minimum Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline is preferred. Other degrees or qualifications will be considered proving extensive experience in relevant industries.
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in operative project execution and construction site management for complex technical projects either in the civil construction, manufacturing and plant engineering industry, the wind turbine or similar.
3. Demonstrated ability to successfully complete large-scale projects, managing multidisciplinary teams.
4. Driving Licence
5. Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment
6. Office suite professional and other Suites are a plus.
7. P6 and Microsoft Project
8. File server access & Sharepoints

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

1. Lead, coordinate and manage the Project with the target of complying with the schedule, quality and budget requirements.
2. Lead, develop and manage the Operations organization and coordinate their activities.
3. Plan and organize the project’s development, coordinating the human and material resources which are required to run it and managing their opportune highs and lows in the Project.
4. Lead representation with the Project Manager, Contractors and other third parties on any matter relating to the Project.
5. Report to the functional responsible and DIN on the progress and performance of the projects, dysfunctions, lessons learnt, and good practices.
6. Provide technical support to Sales department.
