Job Title:Freight Forwarder Air & Sea (On-site)

Gauteng, Kempton Park Monthly Basic Salary (Market related, Negotiable) FREIGHT FORWARDER ONSITE, AIR & SEA KEMPTON PARK The main purpose of the role: You will be required to work on selected client premises, to run the client specific shipping processes identified, resolve operational issues, and handle all account queries. Keeping all stakeholders up to date with live information. Responsibilities: The daily running of specified clients shipping processes/supply chain Variety of responsibilities, which will cover all aspects of international and domestic freight movement. Includes the logistical co-ordination of all internationally purchased products. Ensure consistent lead times Emphasis on order tracking and tracing and indent monitoring All customer related activities, tariffs, accounts, invoices, permits, quotes, and costings Temperature control and pharma management and coordination Reconciling and management of the account to ensure payment Keeping all stakeholders up to date with live information Requirements: Matric Cargowise Minimum of 3 years' experience in Freight Forwarding Freight forwarding experience in Import/Export in all modes of no less than three years Pharma knowledge is essential Operational Experience of no less than three years Experience in both Air and Sea freight of no less than three years commercial or customer service experience of no less than two years Valid and endorsed code 08 license, own transport PLEASE FORWARD YOUR UPDATED CV (MS WORD FORMAT) & CURRENT SALARY STRUCTURE TO: yolanda@mhgroup.co.za   Please deem your application unsuccessful if you do not hear from us within 2 weeks of the closing date.For more information please contact:Yolanda Scholtz
