ResponsibilitiesSales Development:Monitoring of Sales performance of Area, Sales development to achieve annual business plans, developing key accounts customers and maintain good business relationship, Field visits, Proper execution of Marketing and sales campaigns, Plan for Customer retention efforts and in-compliance with company policy.
Service:Ensure Better customer service at Petroleum Site through monitoring the execution of customer service offered by Site staff, Keep in close coordination with Site Line Managers to develop and retain best customer services at Site, Ensure response to complaints received through helpline desk, Meeting with customers at fore court and outside in field for any complain, service feedback, ensure help through Site Manager and Training and development of Site Team.
Site Operations:Ensure proper working of all operational machines, tools, equipment etc through coordination of operations Department, Sharing observations at Site about any operational problem to Line Supervisor/Site Manager and execution of Site operations smoothly, Highlight the opportunities and weak areas of other businesses.
New Developments and expansions:Areas visit to develop new Transporters, Agricultural, Agencies, and Companies, Explore new sales channels developments, exploring new Site/business points/locations etc, Watch on competitors activities and seek for necessary information.
Customer Marketing-Partial:Plan, organize, implement and control promotional and trade marketing initiatives for the company's product lines, Contribute to the Brand development with Marketing Plan and Trade activities, Constructively check and handle all customer complaints and take necessary actions to resolve them.
Supply Chain Partial:Plan in conjunction with the Site, their scheduled purchases based on projected requirements and the commercial plan, Ensure that fuel inventory should be maintained at All Sites as per business requirement.
Job SpecificationRequired Skills:
Proven Self-discipline, initiative, leadership ability and outgoing.
Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure that Sale and service meet appropriate standards.
Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff and clients.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as Sales, Service, Operations and Administration Control.
Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and recommend appropriate solutions to Petroleum Sales & Service problems.
Experience in the development and implementation of Petroleum Business policies and procedures.
Influencing, persuading, coaching and negotiating skills.
Proficient in the use of MS Office applications, email and the Internet.
Strong Time management, Co-operative and supportive team player and ability to meet deadlines.
Required Experience:A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Sales and Marketing, sales operations.
Age:28-36 Year
Language:Preferably Pashto Speaking
