Responsibilities include vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and mopping designated areas according to a set cleaning schedule. Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues and residents is essential, using appropriate channels for support, guidance, and addressing concerns promptly. This role is a Permanent Part-Time role offering 19 hrs per fortnight at Lefroy Care Centre - Bull Creek. Week One:  Friday: 0800-1300 Saturday: 0800-1300 Week Two:  Friday: 0800-1300 Saturday: 0830-1230 Please note, you must be able to commit to all days/shifts to be considered. Key responsibilities: Vacuums, sweeps, dusts and mops all designated areas Follows cleaning schedule Maintains appropriate resident interactions in line with the organisational values Considers resident lifestyles and personal choice Maintains effective interpersonal relationships with others, utilising appropriate channels for assistance guidance and concerns Responds to emergency cleaning requirements as directed About you As a Hospitality (Cleaning & Laundry) Services worker you will be responsible for managing cleaning and laundry routines in line with the schedule. Essential Criteria: Evidence of COVID-19 and Current Flu vaccinations per Amana Living policies Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (within 6-months validity) Successful completion of pre-employment physical and reference checks NDIS Screen Check (or willingness to obtain at interview stage) Willingness to attend a paid 1-day (Monday) induction at our Rivervale Training Institute Effective communication skills and the ability to develop understanding relationships with residents.
