We are seeking a talented individual to join our Trade Credit team at Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. This role will be based in Mumbai. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Vice President/ Assistant Vice President – Trade Credit We will count on you to: This role is a Client facing role to originate and service clients within Financial Institution (FI) segment dealing with Banks, NBFC Factoring Agencies and Corporates Key Account Management

  • Capable to simplify concepts and deliver complex solutions.
  • Proficiency on claims advocacy and servicing.
Generate New Business
  • From Self Sourced Clients.
  • From active coordination with other Marsh teams.
  • With a sole focus on generating new business opportunities.
Nurturing Relationships
  • With Insurers and Reinsurers - Delivering cutting edge, best in class solution for clients.
  • Clients and Prospects - With a goal to retain clients and cross sell opportunities.
  • Within Marsh World, across teams and regions - To be updated on new and cross sell opportunities also the best industry practise to deliver clients, prospects and vice- versa.
Generate New Avenues
  • Capable to comprehend financial statements, information, reports and news.
  • Capable to use the information to serve clients and convince prospects.
Thought Leadership and Delivery Oriented approach
  • Generating and developing new product design and class, bespoke to a prospects requirements.
  • Delivery with a clear focus of revenue generation.
What you need to have:
  • 8-12 years of experience in insurance and banking industry (Preferably from Trade Finance and business Origination and should have fair idea of distribution)
  • Banks preferred, NBFC (B2B, corporate side only )
  • Corporate Relationship Management / Business Solution Provider from a service background.
  • Ability to manage diverse client cultures i.e. Indian Corporate, MNC Corporation and PSU clients.
  • Domain knowledge preferred
  • MBA from a reputed B - School
