Senior Sales Real Estate Consultant

- Carrying out the day-to-day functions of Sales & Leasing either independently or in conjunction with other Consultants (Renting, Buying and/or Selling properties).- Estimating the current market price and suggesting a reserve or minimum selling price list for sellers and arranging for the listing of concerned properties.- Working hard to list most of the available properties in that specific area which the consultant is specialized in.- Liaising with clients to accommodate their rental or sale requirements until the appropriate property is found.- Taking prospective buyers to inspect properties and promoting sales of properties through advertisements, open houses, and participation in multiple listing services.- Acting as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers when transaction details need to be negotiated, generally representing one or the other.Minimum Requirements:All nationalities welcome.Full-time commitment.Presentable and aggressive in reaching monthly targets.Real Estate Experience mandatory (Minimum 2 Years). Must have at least worked in a Dubai Real Estate Company and should have a good sales/rental track record (Concentrating on selling freehold properties).Discipline, organized, and trustworthy.Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken in English.Computer Skills: MS Windows & MS Office.Full UAE Driving license, with own car.RERA Certified.About The Company:ZEN's approach takes you to a new level in terms of quality of services, encompassing all areas of Real Estate experience.
