About the role: The ideal candidate will join a team responsible for designing and overseeing projects from their initial stages to completion. This role presents a chance for motivated individuals to engage with a range of projects and progress their career. The position is available for an immediate start and is based in Dublin. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Preparation and delivery of comprehensive planning and tender documentation. Accompanying senior architects on site visits to assess progress, resolve design issues, and ensure that construction aligns with the intended design. Assisting in client meetings, presentations, and discussions to understand their needs and preferences, and communicating design concepts effectively. Conducting research on materials, building codes, zoning regulations, and other factors that may impact design decisions. Working closely with other team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure that designs meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory requirements. Expectations in this role: Enthusiastic individual with a strong commitment to professionalism and a passion for high level of architecture. Excellent in their communication and organizational capabilities. Proactive approach to problem-solving, demonstrating initiative. Creation of design proposals of a very high quality. Proficient experience in AutoCAD, Revit, Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and Sketchup modelling.
