Our platform is designed to improve the lives of millions of workers worldwide by providing them with unprecedented opportunities to connect with global employers and reach their full potential.We are backed by world-class investors; Endeavor Catalyst, Khwarizmi Ventures, Oraseya Capital, Flyer One Ventures, Access Bridge Ventures, A15, Swiss Founders Fund and Plug & Play.As part of our Finance team, we are looking for an Accountant to accelerate our growth.ResponsibilitiesAs a key team member of our Finance Team, you will focus on the following:Produce error-free accounting reportsReconcile data for financial, tax and compliance reportingSupport month-end and year-end closureTrack and follow up payment collection & release for both clients and vendorsReconcile collections, system data and Accounts Receivable recordsDevelop and maintain end-to-end financial workflowsAssist with tax audits and tax returns if and when neededEnsure ADGM regulations are metRequirementsProficiency in English is required, additional languages would be beneficialStrong analytical skills with acute attention to details and quality focus2+ years of proven experience in bookkeeping/finance/audit, invoicing, payments, reconciliationStrong team player with interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely with key stakeholdersAdvanced experience in MS OfficeLocated in Abu DhabiWork according to CET timeAccounting certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent)1+ years of proven experience in global payroll processing/controlling or EOR/PEO accountingExperience in a group of companies with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting
