Job responsibilities:
- Responsible for the entire recruitment process of the company and efficiently complete the recruitment plan.
- According to the company's development strategy and business plan, formulate human resource planning and promote the implementation of the project.
- In-depth understanding of the company's operating goals and team planning, combined with business development needs to explore and allocate suitable talents.
- Responsible for employee communication management, understand employee thinking dynamics, and give positive guidance.
- Complete the work arranged by the leader.
- More than 2 years of human resources work experience, good at personnel recruitment.
- Have good communication and insight skills, clear logic, and agile thinking.
- Be passionate about recruitment and have excellent stress resistance.
