Assistant Development Manager Assistant Development Manager with 3+ years experience required to join a well-established South Dublin based Residential Developer. The ideal candidate will have around 3-4 years experience in a Development Manager role or similar. This role will involve various functions not limited to assisting the Development Team, it will also involve, working with the sales and marketing team on new development launches, coordinating the sales closing process and general company operations management. This is a key role in the company, ideal for the professional who has a keen interest in property who wants to progress into a senior position with an established company and not be pigeon holed into one specific function. Key Requirements A relevant construction / property related qualification Experience in the property sector Experienced in Development Management (preferred but not essential) Experienced in the Sales Closing process (preferred but not essential) Knowledge of the construction cycle of a large residential development 3-4 years overall experience Happy being based in the office in South Dublin -full time, with occasional site visits.
