- Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing personalized service and ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Drive F&B sales through effective guest engagement, upselling, and cross-selling of dining options and promotions.
- Collaborate with the F&B team to develop and implement innovative dining experiences, special events, and themed promotions that attract guests.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure high service standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with repeat guests and VIP clientele, ensuring their preferences are noted and catered to.
- Provide detailed information about the restaurant offerings, menu items, and wine selections to guests.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to promote the F&B outlets.
- Analyze sales data and guest feedback to identify trends and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Work closely with the Sales team to coordinate reservations, special requests, and group bookings.
- Previous experience in a sales or guest relations role within the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for providing exceptional guest service.
- Strong understanding of F&B operations and sales techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to think creatively and suggest new ideas.
- Proficient in using reservation and point-of-sale systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
