We are seeking an experienced Electrical Security Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in electrical engineering with a focus on security systems and technologies. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining electrical security solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our security systems meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. Responsibilities:

Strong knowledge of security risk assessment, threat analysis, and design comprehensive security systems to mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities.
Capable of evaluating physical security requirements and specifications.
Review and approve the design and shop drawings of security systems including CCTV/VMS, access control, physical security, and intrusion detection systems.
Review and approve the prequalification data, material submittals, and method statements ensuring compliance with the project requirements.
Coordination with other disciplines for proper integration of various building systems and services.
Ensure that the designs meet project specifications, industry standards, and local regulations.
Expertise in the selection of suitable products, solutions, or vendors for the project in line with the project requirements.
Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of CCTV/VMS, intrusion detection, physical security, and access control systems.
Review and approval of suitable documentation and certification for works of the security systems.
Quality assurance of security systems ensuring compliance with the specifications and authority requirements.
Provide technical input in the design process, technical reviews, and verification of variations orders.
Capable of performing risk assessment, video analytics, and development of security strategies.
Excellent understanding of communication network protocols.
Strong understanding of local area networks and firewall requirements along with other communication protocols.
Provide timely solutions for the technical issues and conflicts associated with the design and consultation of security systems.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years’ experience in electrical engineering with a focus on security systems.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Auto CAD, and Revit.
Fluent communication skills in the English language.
Well versed with the local regulations and applicable international standards.
Problem-Solving and Analytical Thinking: Capacity to analyze complex security issues and devise effective solutions.
Certifications in the security systems are preferable.
Must have a Valid SCE Membership (Professional or Consultant).
Must have a Valid and Transferable Iqama (if non-Saudi).
