Email: or Whats App 8835 9658 Roles: Above 5 years accounting experience Handle full set of accounts Prepare AP, AR and Journals Check, verify and process invoices, expense claims, and reimbursements Prepare GST filings and CPF submissions Responsible for all aspects of administration functions Managing payroll administration Implementing and executing HR policies and procedures Responsible for all aspects of work pass matters including application, renewal, and appeal Prepare paperwork, scheduling, and facilitation of smooth onboarding and offboarding process Perform full payroll process and make necessary tax filings in a timely manner Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and any other relevant policies or schemes Assist in swift updates of personnel database and any other related information within the internal HR system Greet office visitors and oversee telephone services, email correspondence, and mail distribution Maintain office supplies inventory and office efficiency by arranging repairs Ensure timely payment and manage budget for any office-related expenses Organize and maintain files and databases in a confidential manner Provide professional guidance and HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and welfare benefits, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters Assist in ensuring legal compliance of regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant working experience Meticulous with good organizational skills and a keen eye for detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good writing skills with the ability to prepare clear reports Proficient in handling data and numbers Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, Excel, and Access) - knowledge in advanced Excel is a requirement Knowledge of student information/database management systems would be advantageous Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and collaboration skills People-oriented and a proactive team player Ability to multi-task and deliver with quality and timeliness Ability to work independently with minimum supervision Additional Information: Job Type: Full-Time 5 days’ work week Salary range: S$3,800 – S$4,800 Bonus: Based on company and individual performance Good career progression, medical benefit & KPI entitlement Summary of role requirements: Looking for candidates available to work:Monday: Morning, Afternoon Tuesday: Morning, Afternoon Wednesday: Morning, Afternoon Thursday: Morning, Afternoon Friday: Morning, Afternoon More than 4 years of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected start date for role: 15 November 2024 Expected salary: S$3,800 - S$4,800 per month #J-18808-Ljbffr
