Assist in the management and supervision of the daily activities of the anatomical pathology laboratories. Requirements:
- FC Path(SA) (Required)
- HPCSA Registration in Relevant Register and Practice Field (Required)
- MBChB (Required)
- M Med (Pathology) (Required)
- Advise Clients on life threatening results
- Continuous Education for Pathology laboratories
- Maintain client relations to promote the image of Ampath
- Marketing
- Oversee the standard of the work performed, overall operation and administration in the laboratory
- Promotion of Professional Standards and Expertise
- Provision of Continuous Pathology/Clinical Laboratory Service: Consultation with doctors
- Control and monitoring of results
- Result verification
- Reporting
- Participation in Peer Group
- Sign-out all abnormal results according to criteria
