This role also involves analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) related to financial metrics and developing and improving budgeting, financial projections, and operating forecasts by providing ad-hoc business performance reporting while combining analytical mindset, technical ability, and people skills. Financial Planning Analyst Responsibilities (KPI):

1. Manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
2. Create variance analysis reports and financial models.
3. Lead real-time financial performance monitoring.
4. Escalate any financial issues to management.
5. Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
6. Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance.
7. Present detailed monthly financial reports to managers.
8. Collaborate with the finance team.
9. Evaluate company performance by analyzing financial and operational data.
10. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial outcomes.
11. Perform ad-hoc analysis where required to assist in management decision-making.
