Key Responsibilities of the job:

Brand strategies

Marketing & Promotion Planning

Sales targets Planning with HOD

Promotion Budget Planning with HOD

Assist HOD in trainings and development

Timely Execution of all plans in coordination with HOD

New products identification in Portfolio

Plan activations programs for KOLs and customers

New Launch Plans

Qualification & Expertise:

Graduation in any discipline. MBA will be an advantage.

Min 3 to 4 years relevant experience of Product Management in Cosmetology/Derma.

Must have excellent communications, analytical & computer skills

Budget preparation and planning experience

Principal skills important to meet job potential:

Training & Presentation skills

Sound knowledge of job and market

Monthly Salary:

150K
