Senior Project Manager Dublin city centre/ Hybrid 6 month contract The Project Manager will be responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to closure. Ensure that the project objectives, scope, budget, schedule, quality, and stakeholder expectations are met. You will also oversee the project team, vendors, and contractors, and coordinate the communication, risk, issue, and change management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead and implement projects assigned that enable the team to deliver more efficiently in a constantly changing and demanding marketplace. Scope, plan, and delivery of programs of work to agreed timelines, quality, and budget. Ability to scope, lead and implement projects along with proven ability to work with software development teams and line of business stakeholders Management of program stakeholders internal (including project resources). Create and manage project plans, defining scope, deliverables, budgets, timelines & milestones, and critical path Define project resource needs and work with management to ensure resource availability, Determine project delivery budget and ensure close change management to ensure delivery within budget. Update Costs plans and forecast Ensure adequate, robust governance is put in place at all levels Create accurate and effective Management Information on the delivery status Proactively manage risks and issues through accurate and timely identification, mitigation, and closure Assignment and effective management of tasks to completion Ability to manage competing objectives and prioritise tasks Ability to manage multiple projects Chair Project Board meetings covering project updates and provide summary updates for Steering meeting Experience: Strong stakeholder management / meetings / issues which need solutions driven out Ability to work with architects, business analysts and department leads to drive our requirements and solutions Strong technical background in terms of integrations, reporting etc. Strong Vendor management Ability to be able to prioritise on a large project with multiple streams, stakeholders Knowledge of ServiceNow a distinct advantage, especially around the HAM, SAM and CMDB modules Knowledge of LeanIX a distinct advantage PM Qualification Proven experience working in an environment as a Project Manager (4-5 years+) Agile and Waterfall delivery experience Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong stakeholder management skills Strong attention to detail Flexible approach, with the ability to work on own initiative Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Working in an agile working environment with regular change, at pace and to tight deadlines Core tools of the trade including MS Project, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio), SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, Clarity Skills: Project Manager ServiceNow Stakeholder management
