Legal Administrator (FOI) 12-Month Contract (Hybrid) Location: Dublin 1, near the 3 Arena We are recruiting for a Legal Administrator to join our client in the Financial Services sector. This hybrid role is within the Legal, Compliance, FOI, and Records Management Division and offers a 12-month contract. Application Deadline: 25th November 2024 Role Overview The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing administrative functions and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills, particularly in areas related to transparency legislation. Support the department manager in coordinating and maintaining the FOI Model Publication Scheme. Assist in the timely and consistent processing of Parliamentary Questions (PQs). Draft responses to departmental queries and support information email monitoring. Required Knowledge & Experience Prior experience with transparency legislation matters is essential. Strong administrative background, ideally within a public sector setting. Minimum of 4years of relevant experience. Hold a third level qualification of at least level 8 on the National Qualifications Framework.
