Job ResponsibilitiesShould have prior experience in Pipes Industry and good relations with key stakeholders like Engineering Consultants, Architects, Contractors, and Client Organization(s).Manage quarterly sales targets and visit ongoing projects.Responsible for revenue generation across all products through the sales team.Set weekly sales schedule for sales executives by conducting weekly meetings and motivate them to achieve targets.Strategize and plan the sales process management, forecasting, profitability, new product development, market research, and brand strategy.Demonstrate leadership skills while nurturing key values of teamwork, integrity, and sales excellence.Identify training needs for employees regarding sales working under supervision.Responsible for managing sales planning and execution in coordination with the Sales Manager.Track record of managing sales of products/services to Building Projects (preferably MEP & HVAC) and/or Infrastructure Projects (Water & Waste-water, Energy & Power).Ideal candidate should have worked in Central Region covering Faisalabad and must have team supervision experience.Provide critical insight and contribute to the development of the Beta Pipes sales segment's strategic plans.About UsShafisons Engineering (Private) Limited (SSEPL) created ripples in the field of Engineering Plastics in 1994 by launching the brand BETA PIPES.
