Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute portfolio management strategies for optimal credit performance and risk mitigation.
2. Manage credit impairments by analyzing and forecasting risk exposure, ensuring effective and timely reporting.
3. Lead credit origination by setting policies and optimizing credit approval processes.
4. Oversee collections reporting to ensure comprehensive tracking of account performance and recovery efforts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align credit risk strategies with overall business goals.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in credit impairment management, credit origination, and credit risk strategies.
2. Strong analytical skills and familiarity with collections reporting and credit performance metrics.
3. Ability to communicate insights effectively and influence decision-making processes.
4. 4 years of experience within a similar position.

Qualifications:

1. BSc in Economics, Maths, Stats, or Actuarial Science.
2. CFA advantageous.
