Full Stack Developer (Python)

Key Responsibilities: Actively participate in product definition, specification, and implementation. Design and build client-side and server-side architecture. Practice and promote effective software engineering methodologies, keeping up with technological advances to optimize our software. Support and improve the organization's software development environment. Required Skills: IT-related degree/certifications or equivalent experience. At least 3 years of experience in web application product development using Flask or Django framework and developing with Python. Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS frameworks. Experience in building REST APIs. Exposure to relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL (PostGIS). Familiarity with Agile toolsets, such as JIRA and Confluence. Proficient in version control with GIT. Desirable Skills: Previous knowledge of Docker and AWS is an advantage. Understanding of big data concepts and open-source frameworks. Experience with Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment. Knowledge of server-side templating, specifically Jinja. Familiarity with AWS, Python Flask or Django, REST API, HTML, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and CSS.
