Chief Operating Officer

The COO is a newly-created role which will report directly to the Board and lead the Corporate Services team who support the frontline delivery professionals. The role will deliver commercial leadership across a broad range of functions including Finance, Legal, People & Culture, Development, Risk, Property, as well as Technology & Innovation. The mandate will be to review existing processes, systems, and governance then implement contemporary capability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness across a small team while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and support. This important role will suit an experienced, commercial leader with a background in Finance or Operations who is looking to move into a not-for-profit organisation or has already established themselves in the ‘For Purpose’ sector. We are looking for a leader with strong values and a purposeful mindset who wants to give back to the community by adding value to an established and much-admired organisation.
