Logistics Specialist

Job Purpose Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive candidate who will be managing day-to-day reverse logistics (C2B) operations for the specified region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Hub Management, Route planning, Last/First mile logistics and experience in handling large scale C2B operations. Responsibilities:

1. Maximum utilization of vehicles deployed for collection of products from consumers.
2. Oversee the return for products within TAT.
3. Process management: Identify the gaps in the process and ensure resolution.
4. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage returned inventory delivery at the Recycling plant.
5. Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective handling of returned products , Bills Verification etc.
6. Preparing and presenting Daily, weekly and monthly reports for entire Reverse logistics (C2B) Operations.

1. Comprehensive understanding of lastmile/firstmile logistics
2. Strong track record of Hub Management and Route planning at leading companies in online consumer business or E-commerce logistics.
3. Data Driven approach in resolving critical logistics challenges.
4. Excellent written and verbal communications.
5. Excellent knowledge of Excel / Power point.
6. Ability to work effectively in team and individually.
7. Adaptive and flexibility towards work.
8. Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
