About Egypt Supplier: At Egypt Supplier , we have been exporting and supplying high-quality Egyptian fresh fruits and vegetables since 2013. With a focus on delivering reliable, top-grade produce, we serve customers across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. Our commitment to quality and service has positioned us as a trusted provider in the international market for fresh produce. Egypt Supplier Online Store: We have recently launched the Egypt Supplier Online Store , an innovative eCommerce platform designed to streamline the export of Egyptian produce. This new project aims to make ordering fresh fruits and vegetables easier and more accessible for our global customers, ensuring a smooth and efficient purchasing experience. You can explore more about our offerings through our online platform. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Private Assistant to the CEO to support a range of business activities and play a pivotal role in launching our new project. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO, handling various tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and the success of the project. Responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the setup of a new office and hiring the initial team.
  • Contacting new companies and partners globally.
  • Managing customer and client communications (phone, email, and messages).
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support and overseeing daily operations.
  • Serving as the primary liaison between the CEO and various departments or staff.
  • Recruiting new team members or forming new teams as needed.
  • Supporting both minor and major tasks to ensure the project’s success.
  • Coordinating business trips and managing travel logistics.
  • Adapting to challenges and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Being flexible with work hours, especially during the first two months to ensure the project's smooth establishment.

Job Requirements

Requirements:
  • Preferably residing in or near New Cairo.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with international clients.
  • Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Flexibility in working hours, especially during the initial phases of the project.
  • Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • A versatile knowledge base with experience in business assistance and administration.
  • Ability to handle confidential information and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
  • A highly active and motivated attitude, with a passion for taking on challenges and making a significant impact.
Working Hours: Standard hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., but flexibility is required, particularly during the first two months as the project is launched.
