Responsibilities

  1. Identify and target potential clients for catering services, focusing on corporate events, weddings, and social gatherings.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored catering solutions.
  3. Oversee all aspects of catering events, ensuring seamless execution from planning to delivery, including logistics, staffing, and setup.
  4. Work within assigned budget parameters to optimize sales and maximize profitability, preparing detailed proposals and cost estimates for clients.
  5. Track and report on sales activities, including proposals, conversions, and revenue growth, and analyze performance to identify areas for improvement.
  6. Seek new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and community involvement.
  7. Prepare and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring all details are accurately documented and communicated.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our catering services and develop innovative sales strategies.

Requirements

  1. 3-5 years of experience in catering sales or related field.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple events and client needs simultaneously.
