Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, CICT at HUAHE China (Specified Purpose Up to 4 Years)

Vacancy ID : 034644 Closing Date : 05-Dec-2024 12:00 The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs will work closely with the relevant SETU Heads of Faculty/Department/Campus, Programme Leaders and Boards, the VP for Global Partnerships / International Office at SETU and the Dean of CICT at HUAHE, China. They will spend at least 6 months of the year in China (Zhengzhou), and the remaining time at SETU Carlow Campus in Ireland. When resident in China, the Vice Dean will report on a day-to-day basis to the Dean of CICT at HUAHE China. All appointments will be dependent on successful attainment of a visa to work in China. This post is subject to Garda Vetting. Essential Criteria: A relevant honours primary degree A postgraduate qualification at Masters or Doctoral level. At least three years relevant work experience after obtaining the minimum academic qualifications (in industry, business, research and/or third level education). Salary: Lecturer salary scale: €66,252 - €102,509 plus supervisory allowance of €2,517 per annum #SETUC
