Agricultural Crop Manager

Key Responsibilities:

As a skilled Crop Farm Management Professional, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cropping farm. This includes managing farmworkers, coordinating crop planting and harvesting schedules, and ensuring the effective use of machinery and resources.

Requirements:

1. Agricultural Diploma / Degree advantageous
2. At least 3 years of work experience in crop farming
3. Proven experience with Lucerne and oats
4. Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers, tillage machinery, and fertilizer handling equipment
5. Strong management ability with farmworkers
6. Valid drivers license
