Contract Opportunity - A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join an exceptional client who is a market leading, global organisation.As an HR Administrator, you will assist in:Training and Inducting new staffOverseas Recruitment Campaigns and Road ShowsCompiling the monthly budget reportRecommending and implementing policies and procedures to improve recruitment quality and service levelsAssisting the Talent Acquisition Team to ensure manpower needs are being metEnsuring overseas Recruitment Agencies and advertisement invoices are processed and paidYou must have experience in HR functions including:All leave, public holidays, sick, IOD hours and the monthly reporting thereofMicrosoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SchedulingInterpersonal Customer Service ExperienceAbout The Company:RP International is the leading specialist recruitment consultancy in the established and emerging telecoms markets.
