Junior Workshop Controller

Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team as a Junior Workshop Controller. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of our workshop operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Evaluate the accuracy of data and information within the workshop environment. Capture daily activities, including but not limited to work orders, job progress, and inventory levels. Monitor information within the workshop to ensure timely completion of tasks and projects. Conduct bulk data capturing for various workshop-related activities. Manage stock transactions and monitor inventory levels to support production requirements. Collaborate with workshop staff to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to deadlines. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance workshop efficiency. Communicate effectively with team members and management to address any issues or concerns. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations. Requirements: Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Matric certificate or equivalent educational qualification. Self-motivated individual with a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail. Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Production-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results. Methodical approach to tasks and problem-solving. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
