Head of Partner Management (all genders) - Netherlands At OneFit Partner Management The opportunity OneFit is looking for a skilled Head of Partner Management to lead our Dutch Team and to spearhead our business development initiatives for our Partner Business in the Netherlands. We require an experienced leader who has a people-focused management approach while leveraging data and processes to make informed decisions on where to prioritize their time and focus. You will ultimately be responsible for your own success in the market, ensuring monthly growth and retention of partners and acquisition of new (key) venues, whilst delivering the best possible partner experience. Your responsibilities Ensure that your team is meeting growth targets, focused on expansion of footprint in the NetherlandsCollaborate with the global Partner Management team to implement global workflows and processes Monitor and manage the average check-in fee payouts in line with previously set target Maintain workflows and lead projects based on set OKR's and KPI's Thriving partner satisfaction through relationship management Steer and manage the local partner management team for success Responsible to acquire, retain and re-negotiate key partners and chainsMaintaining a strong knowledge of industry trends and seeking opportunitiesWhat you need to succeed Proven track record of leading a team of experienced Partner ManagersExcellent communication skills, both written and spoken in Dutch and English6+ years experience in sales or account management environment, ideally in the wellness industry.
