ROLE: We are looking for a highly motivated person for the role of Mentor Coordinator with a passion for learning and who is open to working in a dynamic environment. You need to be excellent communicators, with an empathetic attitude and robust management skills. You need to be able to pick up the ropes and not give up, organise, plan and act, all while managing time effectively.This role will offer you unfiltered insights, problems, and opportunities to create an impact at a high-growth stage Startup! RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address all Mentor queries and build an effective communications with all mentors
- Mentor Management - Planning and management of mentors wrt cohorts keeping in mind the success metric.
- Reviewing mentor performances , managing success and tracking mentor KPIs
- Mentor Coordination & scheduling based on cohort requirements
- Creating seamless experience for mentors from recruitment to each cohort graduation while maintaining high performance and low attrition
- Building systems and processes for streamlining mentor management and performance review
- Have 2 years of experience
- Startup Work culture experience preferred
- Are Dynamic (should have experienced different roles)
- Are Creative - Good at Ideating & implementing
- Can Motivate/Push IG to perform better
- Are Eager to learn new things
- Are Open to unlearn
- Have Adaptability
- Are Approachable: to Reach out/ Have a conversation with
- Open to feedback and can work in a team
