About the job: Head of Worker Welfare (N-1494 / N-1498 / N-1499)
Qualifications:
- Welfare-related qualification which may include Welfare, Psychology, Teaching, Sports, Health, or Security degree.
- SHES related certification; NEBOSH (or equivalent) or TapRoot Investigation.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of industry-relevant HSE experience with specific responsibilities in disciplines such as welfare, training, camp, security, or health management.
- International project experience with Tier-1 EPC Contractors or clients, involved in the construction of onshore production facilities (i.e., greenfield and brownfield work).
- Sound knowledge of the project execution process in large-scale project environments.
