General Manager Position

Game Reserve (Pty) Ltd seeks a competent and experienced General Manager to join our dynamic team at our beautiful Game Farm situated just outside Bela-Bela in the Limpopo Province.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Key Requirements: Education: Must have accounting knowledge/background. Leadership Qualities: Well-spoken individual who takes initiative and leads by example for the team. Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible, with the ability to excel in System, Structure, and Planning (SSP). Staff Management: Proven record of effectively and empathetically managing a team of at least 50 staff members. Language Proficiency: Fluent in Afrikaans and English to facilitate effective communication with staff, guests, and local communities. Customer Relations Skills: Exhibits excellent people relations skills with hands-on experience in hosting duties. Diversity and Cultural Sensitivity: Able to work seamlessly with a diverse group of people, including staff, rural communities, and 5-star guests. Concession Operations: Knowledge of concession operations and skilled at being culturally sensitive. Professional Appearance: Presents a professional and well-groomed appearance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
