Job Title: Finishing Manager Location: Dunshaughlin Meath Client: Developer / Main Contractor Industry: Construction (Residential - Housing) Reports To: Site Manager / Project Manager Salary: 65K - 70K + Vehicle/Allowance + Pension Role Overview: The Finishing Manager will oversee the completion of Housing Projects, ensuring all finishing tasks meet quality standards and are completed on schedule. You will work closely with subcontractors and ensure that the final stages of construction, including plastering, painting, carpentry, and tiling, are executed with precision and meet the required specifications. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and coordinate all finishing works on residential projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship. Manage and supervise subcontractors for tasks such as plastering, painting, flooring, and more. Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Inspect and approve completed work, ensuring it meets client expectations. Liaise with the Site Manager, resolving issues related to finishes and timelines. Ensure health and safety standards are met on-site. Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience as a Finishing Foreman / Manager on residential projects. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality finishes. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively. Knowledge of current construction techniques and health & safety regulations.
