$240k - $290k p.a. + access to annual bonus scheme

• TFR packages of up to $290,000 + access to an annual bonus scheme of up to 15%

The Opportunity: About the Role: Zenith is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to join our client, a reputable civil contractor, as they expand their construction capabilities in Victoria. This role involves estimating for a diverse range of projects, including Defence, Resources & Renewables, Transport, and Water sectors. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for civil infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with project delivery teams to gather necessary information for cost estimation.
• Analyse project specifications and drawings to identify key requirements.
• Assess risks and opportunities to provide comprehensive cost analyses.
• Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers for pricing and support.
• Support the bidding process and contribute to strategy discussions.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as a project delivery engineer, transitioning to estimating within civil infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies and project delivery.
• Experience in expert estimation.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in cost estimation.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
