Location: Chennai, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Pune and Noida Job Description:
- London Market Insurance industry experience with a strong understanding of London Market processes/terminology
- Recent experience working on data-focused projects within the insurance industry (data warehouse. Data Bricks, ETL, Power BI Reporting tools etc)
- Strong communication skills across all levels having worked directly with a wide variety of business stakeholders (underwriting, claims, actuarial, etc)
- Requirements gathering and analysis – working on IT enhancement and data migration projects
- Solution Design and Development support – working with key stakeholders in all stages of the SDLC
- Testing and QA – create comprehensive UAT with business users
- Stakeholder management
- Continuous improvement - Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements to optimize operations and reduce costs
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, JIRA, Sharepoint, Confluence.
