Riyadh, Saudi Arabia | Posted on 07/30/2024 Centro CDX is your trusted partner in delivering solutions that accommodate your customers' excellence goals, focusing on achieving significant risk & cost reductions and improving your overall business outcomes.Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, fostering long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.Understand clients' business objectives, challenges, and requirements, and align our Cyber Security solutions to meet their needs.Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and address any concerns or issues.Sales Strategy and Execution:Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, leveraging cross-selling and upselling strategies.Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, solution architects, and delivery teams, to develop tailored solutions and proposals.Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure timely closure of sales opportunities.Identify and target new clients in the Cyber Security space, leveraging your industry knowledge and network.Conduct market research, identify key industry trends, and develop strategies to penetrate new markets.Generate leads, conduct prospecting activities, and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our Cyber Security solutions.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in client organizations.Understand their evolving needs, pain points, and business challenges, and provide strategic advice and solutions.Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their Cyber Security goals.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.Sales Reporting and Forecasting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system, documenting all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to the sales leadership team.Analyze sales performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness.RequirementsRequired skills and qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.Proven track record of success in selling Cyber Security solutions or related technologies, with a focus on key account management.3-5 Years of Experience in KSA Sales Positions.Proven KSA Market understanding with the ability to tailor Centro positioning for well-connected industries, such as finance, healthcare, and Government.In-depth understanding of Cyber Security solutions.Strong industry knowledge and network in the Cyber Security domain.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand clients' business challenges and propose effective solutions.Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-oriented mindset.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales productivity tools.
