National Sales Manager
VR Hiring, PakistanResponsibilities:
Evaluate, hire/fire, train, and motivate sales team.
Manage towards a goal of yielding profitable revenue growth for the company.
Leverage knowledge of direct marketing practices to ensure that sales team is focused and achieves their stated goals.
Represent the company as a leader.
Manage the relationship with our existing distributors, and establish distribution network where necessary.
Develop annual sales budgets and ensure that they are met when approved.
Develop and monitor the sales expense budget.
Develop a strong partnership with our distributors and key customers and initiate joint marketing opportunities.
Have an excellent working knowledge of our products.
Coordinate closely with the marketing department to ensure the sales force has the materials and information that it requires to promote our products and services.
Coordinate the development of sales promotion and lead generation activities.
Ensure availability and visibility of our products.
Minimum Requirements:
