Duties and Responsibilities: Project Admin manage schedules, arrange assignment, prepares action plans, analyzes risk/ opportunities, gathers necessary resources and communicates progress to team members. Major objective is ensuring the projects are completed within the time frame, quality and budget. Summary of Principal Job Responsibility & Specific Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update Filed Force PJP (RetailAIM).
- Key person to handle for the team salary payout, liaise closely with HR .
- Compile KPI performance, and review for monthly claim.
- Assist HR for recruitment.
- Maintain and update system on daily/weekly/monthly basis: (For Monthly Push Task, NPD (If any), Master COTC list tracking (if any).
- Support on compilation and follow through: (Promotion compilation (Biweekly), Daily & Weekly OOS Reports, Weekly Short Expiry Report, Biweekly Call achievement report (OM & OE), Monthly KPI achievement compilation).
- Report & Update the POSM stock count for each branch to ULM Team (Monthly).
- Capture and update the meeting minutes.
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in merchandising field.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Able to work outdoor and travel within represent area.
