We are looking for motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as either a Project Client Account Executive, an Assistant Client Project Account Executive, or a Trainee Contract Staff member. These roles are crucial to our client relationships and the successful execution of event projects, with opportunities for growth and hands-on experience in the industry.

The role and responsibilities assigned will be based on your experience level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Management: Act as a client liaison, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
  • Project Oversight: Assist or lead the planning and execution of events from concept to post-event wrap-up.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams (production, logistics, creative) to ensure timely and on-budget delivery.
  • Logistics Coordination: Work closely with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations.
  • Financial Tracking: Assist or oversee project budgets, proposals, and timelines to ensure profitability and accuracy.
  • On-Site Event Support: Participate in on-site event management to ensure successful execution.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.

; JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Requirements

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience:

  • For Project Client Account Executive: Minimum of 3 years in client management or project management, ideally within event management.
  • For Assistant Client Project Account Executive: 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing or project coordination role, preferably in event management.
  • For Trainee Contract Staff: No prior experience required, but a strong interest in event management is a must.
