Job Title Senior Voice Operations Engineer Location India Responsible for all EMEA Voice services Must Have Technical Skills 1 Cisco UC Platforms o CUCM up to version 14 o Unity Connection o UCCE version 12 o CUIC o Expressway o 3rd party applications 2Ring Acqueon Outbound Dialler Campaign Manager Verba Verint 2 AdvancedExpert Level HandsOn Experience o Cisco UCCE with appropriate trainingcertifications 3 Technical Expertise o E164 dial plan Translation Route Patterns Calling Search Space Partitions o BULK Administration Tool BAT o Jabber deployment on mobile and laptop o IVR and Menu options within Unity Voice Mail o Voice over IP Protocols SIP H323 MGCP SCCP o Legacy Voice Protocols ISDN QSIG o Debugging voice gateway including QSIG SIP protocols Nice to Have Technical Skills 1 Voice Recording Systems o Verba Verint 2 3rd Party Applications o 2Ring Acqueon Outbound Dialler Campaign Manager 3 CrossTraining Potential o Working as part of a Network and Voice team with potential to crosstrain Soft Skills 1 Communication o Ability to communicate at all levels End users Office Regional Managers o Providing internal training and update workshops 2 Team Collaboration o Maintaining and encouraging working relationships with other departments o Knowledge transfer and creating designbuild documentation 3 ProblemSolving o Technical fault finding and incident management o Providing diagnosis and resolution of voice incidents 4 Project Management o Overseeing daytoday management of the Voice estate o Implementing change in a controlled manner o Ensuring CMDBdocumentation is up to date Project Overview The role involves both operational support and project work Projects include office relocations expansion and developmentdeployment of new telephony services The individual will lead projects handle upgrades installations and provide highlevel support Responsibilities Overview Provide Level 23 support for UK voice systems Act as an SME for UCCE and CUCM Recommend and implement improvements for the voice estate Diagnose and resolve voice incidents Maintain high levels of networkvoice availability and resilience Manage the Voice estate and recommend improvements Ensure work quality and adherence to company standards Maintain uptodate CMDBdocumentation Deploy and maintain corporate standards Follow internal policies and procedures Critical Dependencies 1 Experience o Demonstrable handson project involvement o Leading projects rather than assisting o Supporting largescale deployments 2 Location o Responsible for all EMEA Voice services o Providing Level 23 support for all UK voice systems Must Needed Experience Indepth experience with Cisco UC platforms including CUCM up to version 14 Unity Connection UCCE version 12 CUIC Expressway and 3rd party applications such as 2Ring Acqueon Outbound Dialler Campaign Manager and Verba Verint AdvancedExpert level handson experience in Cisco UCCE with appropriate trainingcertifications Demonstrable handson project involvement including leading projects rather than assisting Experience in upgrading and installing Cisco UC solutions Supporting largescale deployments on a daytoday basis
