Customer/sales Executive

Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Address customer inquiries and provide product information.
Offer exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Management:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the organic products market.
Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Maracruiz Organics’ product offerings.
Provide support to customers on product usage and benefits.
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics.
Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Order fulfillment, accounting and inventory department to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor,Ond,Hnd degree in any field
Experience: Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the organic food industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proximity to surulere is key
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
