Job Title: Sales Manager for Travel CompanyProduct: Umrah Travel PackageLocation: RemoteCompany: Seventh Sea Holidays FZEJob Type: Full-timeRole Overview:We are looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales efforts for our Umrah packages. This is a work-from-home position, ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, a proven sales background, excellent communication, and a passion for travel. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, managing the sales team, and achieving monthly sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets for Umrah packages.Promote and sell Umrah packages to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media platforms.Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about Umrah packages, pricing, and services.Monitor team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to maximize sales productivity.Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless bookings and customer experiences.Maintain a database of leads and follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into sales.Stay updated with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.Provide feedback to management on customer needs and areas for improvement in sales processes.Prepare regular sales reports and updates on progress toward targets.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry or Umrah package sales.Leadership: Previous experience leading a sales team and achieving sales targets.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus).Skills: Strong persuasion, negotiation skills, and the ability to close sales.Technical: Proficiency in using CRM systems, MS Office, and online communication tools.Availability: Ability to work remotely with flexibility in working hours.Salary: Competitive salary with performance-based incentives.How to Apply: Send your resume to syed@seventhseaholidays.com for more information.Join Us: Be a part of a dynamic team and help customers.
