Job Title: Director / Senior Manager, Change Management - Human Capital Consulting (Banking)Location: UAE or Saudi ArabiaCompany OverviewJoin one of the world's largest and leading professional services firms. They are looking for professionals who are passionate, thrive on change, and ready to work on the leading edge of human capital.Role OverviewThe Director of People Consulting plays a pivotal role in leading transformative initiatives across multiple dimensions of human resources, including organizational design, workforce planning, and change management. This role involves partnering with clients to develop and implement innovative strategies aimed at optimizing talent management, enhancing employee value propositions, and driving organizational change aligned with business objectives. The Director will oversee projects encompassing HR transformation, talent management, learning solutions, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in designing and implementing people and HR strategies to drive effective talent management and employee value propositions aligned with the business's strategic needs.HR Transformation: Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices while driving efficiency and effectiveness across HR functions.Talent Management: Lead efforts in designing career management and succession planning frameworks, processes, and policies to provide a systemic view of the organization's talent and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous growth and development.Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the banking sector. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities faced by clients and delivering tailored solutions.Organizational Design and Workforce Planning: Partner with clients to drive workforce efficiencies, specialization, and optimal spans of control through organizational design initiatives, workforce planning, and workforce shaping strategies.Change Management: Provide guidance and support to organizations in overcoming systemic and cultural challenges, driving change agendas, and ensuring successful change adoption through strategic planning, stakeholder management, and communication strategies.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.Total 10 -14 years of work experience with a proven track record in a senior leadership role overseeing human capital transformation, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.Strong understanding of HR best practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical skills, and ability to translate business objectives into actionable HR strategies.Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.Expertise in organizational design methodologies, workforce planning techniques, and change management frameworks.Consulting experience within the banking sector is required.
