JASARA PMC, a leading Civil Engineering company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Manager - Civil/Structural to oversee the design and implementation of social infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, including engineers, architects, and contractors, to deliver high-quality designs that meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards. Join our team and be part of a visionary group that is shaping the future.Responsibilities Lead and manage the civil and structural design team, providing technical guidance and support throughout the design process. Collaborate with other disciplines, such as architectural and mechanical engineering, to ensure cohesive and coordinated designs. Review and evaluate design proposals, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with established standards and client requirements. Oversee the preparation of technical design documents, including drawings, calculations, and specifications. Conduct site visits and inspections to verify adherence to design guidelines and address any issues that may arise. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve design-related conflicts and ensure smooth project execution. Keep abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in civil and structural engineering design.
